Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. Our support team will gladly assist you whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

• A damaged shipment
• A missing item
